Fabulous base for exploring Great Yarmouth. It was a QUIET hotel, and we liked everything. It has good sized rooms. When we arrived the host was excellent. We had cereal, coffee and tea for breakfast.

We really loved our stay. Free Wi-Fi was available; the breakfast was incredible! On arrival the room was tidy. Just a 15-minute stroll to the centre.

the hotel is based walking distance to venetian waterway gardens, popular spot in the city. rooms and venue are tidy. the location was right by everything we wanted to do.
